Early Monday Wikileaks released a second set of documents related to the ongoing discussion regarding the controversial trade agreement known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Although the twelve nations involved in debating the passage of the agreement have remained quiet, the release of two new trade documents highlight the divisions between the United States and other nations, as well the remaining areas where disagreement continues. This second release of documents comes on the third of four days of talks on the TPP in Singapore.
