Its a Leagalistic  way of returning people to an Labor only existance without the need to understand future ideas and their implications. In effect allowing the free exercise of power from the top by individuals incapable of understanding there (ideas) impact on populations in total disreguard to all other factors no matter the circumstances. It will be the perfect one size fits all power coup. Giving a few coprations and leaders a way of returning the entire globe to a state of Dark Ages without having to do any intelectual homework on the part of the new leadership.
