Dwarf Galaxy Collision with Bigger Spiral Galaxy Observed by NASA Station
• http://frenchtribune.com, Bruce TotolosNASA recorded massive cloud of gas with temperature around 6 million degrees Fahrenheit at a distance of 60 million light years from Earth. Star formation could happen as a result of shock wave. The entire gas cloud mass could not be evaluated as the two-dimensional image does not give any idea about the distribution of the superheated gas cloud.
The collision could continue for up to 50 million years. This will lead to more X-ray emission for millions of years after the collision of the galaxies. NASA scientists are trying to infer more from the data and images that are coming from the observatory. It will be interesting to see how much mega collision events shape the future of galaxies and stars.
