Phobos Rising

Phobos was an asteroid that was hollowed out using a mass accelerator at the throat of our perfect 'crater'. This created a natural space habitat in which a rotating globe could be constructed and spun up to provide artificial gravity at various levels depending on which shell level you are. This place could hold as many as a billion individuals with ample living space. We can do all this with today's technology the moment we fly our own MFEV's or Transport Arks which I think I will call TArks. ( I could not resist it ) That is the real big picture that is slowly crawling into our collective consciousness.
