WONDERFUL.....Another avenue for politicians to corruptly reward people that help them.
Rent shall be due on the 1st of the month. Rent not received after the 5th of the month shall be considered a crime against the state, and a penalty not to exceed life imprisonment shall be imposed.
CONstitution, Sec 8-Power of CONgress:
....To exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;....
