China flays U.S. over credit rating downgrade

China said Washington only had itself to blame and called for a new stable global reserve currency.

"The U.S. government has to come to terms with the painful fact that the good old days when it could just borrow its way out of messes of its own making are finally gone," China's official Xinhua news agency said in a commentary.

What I find interesting about this article is that Reuters dumped a completely different article about the G-7 meeting in Europe (in which the Chines weren't invited) on top of th article the next day and changed the headline. I wonder why they would bury this story? It is still there, you just have to go down about half way, the headline won't point you to the real story and the search engines won't search that far into the article. I wonder why they did this? ;-D.
