Michigan Republican Anuzis to challenge RNC’s Michael Steele

Former Michigan Republican Party Chairman Saul Anuzis announced Friday that he will run for chairman of the Republican National Committee, making him the first official challenge to current leader Michael Steele.

Anuzis said in a statement that the decision for him was not easy, since he regards Steele as a "friend and colleague."

Right, I knew I had heard of this guy....back to 2008 he tried to get Ron Paul barred from the neocon debates. What, he thinks we have forgotten? I seem to remember Ron Paul turned it right back on him and did a huge event on a ferry or something completely R3VOLUTION adding more recognition to liberty.

Daily Paul is all over this topic as well.

Normally I wouldn't care, but this is the first piece of shit who helped make Ron Paul famous, and I think he deserves all the credit.
