U.S. Troops To Deal With Rioting Americans

• PrisonPlanet.com

As we have previously reported, the Armed Forces Press Service initiated a propaganda campaign designed to convince the American people that deploying the 3rd Infantry Division in the United States in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act is a good thing, with images of soldiers from the brigade helping in “humanitarian” rescue missions, such as car wrecks. This is all designed to condition Americans to accept troops on the streets and highways as a part of everyday life. The assignment of the 1st Brigade Combat Team to Northcom alarmed the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). “This is a radical departure from separation of civilian law enforcement and military authority and could, quite possibly, represent a violation of law,” said Mike German, ACLU national security policy counsel. The last time the the national guard and military worked with FEMA and local law enforcement on a large scale in the United States was during Hurricane Katrina, when they aided in the confiscation of privately owned firearms of citizens, even those who lived in the high and dry areas and were unaffected by the hurricane.

I was under the impression that our National Guard was designed for domestic emergencies. Pressing conventional Army troops into domestic service sounds an awful lot like 'crossing the Rubicon.' Like ancient Rome, our Republic is in compromise, ruled by corruption, supported by a police state  in direct conflict with our nation's Constitution. And we wonder why our youth are withdrawing! Let's blame our educational system, while our nation's leaders steal the public blind.

Should America’s recession worsen causing crime and riots like those seen in Greece, there appears to be nothing to stop U.S. Government deploying “American Citizens that are mercenaries” on U.S. soil to assist regular police or to accompany a “National Police Stabilization Force” alleged suggested in a recent NGO Rand Corporation Report provided the U.S. Army. The suggested “National Police Stabilization Force” would appear controlled by the Feds and might include in its ranks with federal police, local and state law enforcement. What would happen to State Rights and what Laws and Jurisdiction would be used to prosecute state Citizens arrested by a National Police Stabilization Force? Would the military or a National Police Stabilization Force take over local courts? A National Police Force could potentially be sent by Obama into any State without the approval of its governor, against the wishes of its Citizens? To clarify the Rand Corporation report visit:

The recklessness of banks making mortgage loans to unqualified borrowers has brought America to the threshold of economic collapse. Banks may not only cause a long-term recession or collapse of the U.S. economy—but result in marshal law and ultimately a form of fascism being imposed on Americans to maintain order. When the economy collapsed in the 1930’s, ninety-percent of Americans lived in rural farming communities where food could be grown at home or purchased cheaply. Homes were not heavily mortgaged. Since then, 90% of Citizens live in metropolitan communities. Envision what might happen in 2012 for example, if there were an economic collapse and millions of residents in large U.S. Cities like Los Angeles could not pay their rent, mortgage or buy food. U.S Government would have to send troops into major cities to keep order, militarize civilian police and establish tent-cities for the unruly and homeless. Constitutional Protections would be terminated; retirement accounts worthless and little or no government money available if money was worth anything for Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and other public needs. America could look like a scene out of Mel Gibson’s movie Road Warrior.
