This is really a perfect fit.  For those of you who don't remember the (gasp!) "online child predators" and the whole AOL/"online community"/"get the feds involved!!!" fiasco of the '90's, Raymond Kelly - yes, THAT Raymond Kelly - was the UnderSecretary of Treasury in charge of FINCEN, the FINancial Crimes Enforcement Network.  Why "FINCEN" needed to be involved in (gasp!) "online child predators" and the whole AOL/"online community"/"get the feds involved!!!" should be fairly obvious...

If there's going to be a crime, like, say, selling kids into (fill-in-the-blank) slavery, FINCEN is there to make sure it's financial, AND enforced.

Follow the money.  Ray Kelly will be there.

Maybe when New Yorkers talk about "home grown terrorism" they really mean HOME GROWN. Like within 50 miles of Manhattan.

I've done a fair amount of time on the road this week and nowhere did I see terrorists growing. Maybe our soil isn't right or not enough rain, but I'm pretty sure you can't grow terrorists here.
