End the socialist welfare state, abolish government schools, stop the drug war, and let anyone work who wants to work without restriction. Moochers who are currently scamming our socialist system would go to socialist Mexico or Canada, and those who want to work and pay their own way through life would remain here. The free country gets the workers, the socialist countries get the slackers. Problem solved. Perhaps this is what should be meant by the term "social justice."

Make all of America private property and the problem is solved. Government provides for the protection of your right not to have anyone you do not want on your property. But then you wouldn't have the right to prevent another from sharing their land with whomever they want.

The very concept of  'private property rights' extending to collective forced government control _is_ the problem.

 Clearly E-Verify works but not at the level of accuracy that it should. Any new system needs trouble shooting and this can and should be done.This is a good working tool to reduce and discourage illegal immigration and this idea should be applied to other areas of out economy. Areas such as rental property, mortages, bank accounts and loans, credit cards and any finacial area that requires identification. The goal should be to make it as financially difficult for illegals to live in our country as possible. The financial burden due to illegal immigration to American taxpayers needs to be reduced. Implementing programs that reduce and discourage illegal immigration are much better than using law enforcement officers to prevent illegal border crossing. Illegal alliens are trespassers in our country. It is our right and our duty stop it as it would be to stop trespassers on our own personal property.

Government getting to decide whether you can work for someone or not.   Yes please, decrease the approval rate so those illegals can't slip through the cracks. So what if some Americans lose their Right to work for someone, it will be worth it to keep Pedro from landscaping or Maria from changing your diaper.
