My neighbor keeps watching me through the window...he must be up to something.
Isn't this "Chris Mathews" in the commercials as the geeky villan counter to Alltel's golden boy? Traveling around in the "Wizard" van keeping an eye on the community. Narcing out neighbors who haven't cut their grass in a week. What a sack of tools.
