Tea-Party Activists Complicate Republican Comeback Strategy
• Wall Street Journal The rise of conservative "tea party" activists around the country has created a dilemma for Republicans. They are breathing life into the party's quest to regain power. But they're also waging war on some candidates hand-picked by GOP leaders as the most likely to win.
In upstate New York, Dede Scozzafava, 49 years old, is the choice of local party leaders to defend a Republican seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, an abortion-rights candidate who could appeal to independents. Doug Hoffman, 59, is a local accountant backed by tea-party activists who has jumped into the race declaring himself the real conservative.

UNITED WE STAND = 19% IF YOU CAN GET THEM BACK; CHRISTIAN RIGHT, PERHAPS 20%; THAT IS 40% CAN WITHOUT OVERLAP CONSTITUTION PARTY SEPERATE REPUBLICANS AND WIN A FEW DEMS FOR 15%,??? THERE ARE 40% OF ELGIBLE VOTERS TOO DISGUESTED TO VOTE. HOW YOU GONNA WIN THEM OVER? DESPERATELY NEED THEM TO OVERCOME WELFARE DEMS, LIBERAL/SOCIALISTS, LOCKED IN 60% YOU NEED CONSTITUTION LEADERS ON THE FRONT LINES DAILY. I NEVER HEAR OF ONE....... Parties? We don't need no stinking parties! Any member of a politcal party should be hung for treason. We don't need another party. We need to get rid of the ones that currently exist. Take 'em out with RICO or something. They're obviously organized crime syndicates!
Take our country back? Hell, we can't even take our cities (or school districts) back. We're all out here allowing ourselves to be distracted by the games that are being played that we're too busy to do anything serious.
The government that governs best, governs closest to home. We know those people, and they're much easier to replace. Hell, the Senators and Representatives that we send to D.C. get their checks from the Fed. It's pretty hard to fire someone who isn't on your payroll. What's up with that?
Thank goodness that it is already "too late". That means it should be over pretty soon.
What history shows is needed is for all conservative, freedom-loving, Constitution-revering Americans to leave the two parties that have been responsible for the direction our country has gone and join the Constitution Party - our nation's only political hope!
Rebuilding the Republican Party will not work, because you have to compromise with the liberals to beat the Demoncraps. This is why it has not mattered who we elected from either party. The Constitution Party does not need to compromise with anyone because they are all devoted to the Constitution!
This is a no-brainer. Get out of the mold. Get into the fold of the Constitution Party before this best chance is lost. There has never been a better opportunity for a third party to become the largest party in the country, if all you patriots would get out of your comfort zone and try something new - a party that means what it says, and will actually follow its platform, we could save this great land of ours!

What is desperately needed is that any and all candidates running for any governmental office under any platform, be required to perform the particulars of the platform under which they ran, under penalty of death, or at least life imprisonment with no chance of parole.
WHAT IS DESPERATELY NEEDED IS TO GREAT A NATIONAL LEADER TO STAND UP, GET ALL THESE FREEDOM/LIBERY LOVING ACTIVITIST TOGETHER NOT FOR THIRD OR SPLINTER PARTY AFFLILIATION, BUT TO DECLARE WAR ON THE PRESENT REPUBLICAN PARTY, TO START AT GRASS ROOTS(GET THE ORIGNIAL MOVERS AND SHAKERS, THE UNITED WE STAND PEOPLE) UNDER ONE UMBRELLA AND REBUILD, REVAMP REPUBLICAN PARTY FROM THE LOCAL COUNTY LEVEL ON UP, THROW THE RASCHALS OUT AND GET NEW BLOOD IN, HONEST, SINCERELY POLITICIANS, WITH TERM LIMITS AND INSTANT RECALL.
