And, preytell, how many millions would be the cap? This is funny that they've come up with this at the same time that MSN Money published an article disclosing the fact that Citicorp is set to give out 1 million bucks in bonuses to ONLY ONE of its execs.

So, yeah, okay, if I buy this one, is the House Financial Services Committee also gonna try to sell me a little bridge in Brooklyn?
