So this is unambiguous to us right? Violation of property rights and criminal trespass. But what if the owner abandoned the property? You relinquish the property, you relinquish the rights that come with it.

What if the bank that might have retaken ownership doesn't exist anymore? What if they were bailed out banks making the property in some way....the property of the people?

Where does common sense fit into the discussion: heaps of homeless on the one hand and heaps of empty houses on the other?
