Mexicans aren't stupid!
They know gun-smithing just like everybody else.
There are loads of places in S.A. to get raw materials to make top quality powder.

The only reason that American police were able to get as many assault weapons off American streets in the past, was because the American people were never going to use them against the police in the first place! If the people were going to use their weapons against the police, there wouldn't be any police.

Stupid American police! Removed the best help they might have ever relied on when they took the guns from the people. Mexicans are way beyond this stage... but we're headed there fast.
