Hunt is a co-sponsor of HB3248, aimed at adding members of the Legislature to a list of officials and others who are allowed to skip the waiting period and carry a firearm. (Elitist bastard!)

Every law abiding citizen should be on that list. Give everyone the right, my life is just as important to me as any politicians life is to them. I vote, I pay taxes, I bleed just the same way as they do. I deserve the same rights and ability to protect me and my family.
