Jack; The only way to get their attention is to fire them. Can you challenge the Unconstitutionality like was done with the NRA, "Schecter Poultry v US 295 US 495 1935." Congress cannot abdicate it's duty(tocoin money and regulate the value thereof) and delegate to another group. Sickum
