I asked Christine Smith to resubmit this essay of hers. We had run it on the 13th, and yesterday. It had not shown up in the newsletter on the 14th, nor yesterday's for reasons either unknown (and unintentional) or because of the manner in which the newsletter handles articles approved for the front page. Freedom's Phoenix is sorry for the oversight. Since I cannot place her original submission into the upcoming newsletter, I asked her to resubmit so I can run it in tomorrow's newsletter. I apologize to any reader who wondered what was going on.
