Who cares what the WHO says? They are not American government. And the 4th Amendment doesn't allow the American government to make them (the WHO) part of American government. The 4th Amendment allows us to be owners of ourselves - not that the 4th allows this, but that the 4th only seconds it, or upholds it. Ownership of self is inherent in each of us. But we gotta stand up for our freedom to own ourselves if we want to keep it. To do this, we need to recognize that we are people - flesh and blood - not names on paper.
