Maybe that's how they mixed the concrete for the Twin Towers of 911 fame. But they didn't use tiny chunks of lime. Rather, they used tiny chunks of "thermite." Once heated to a substantially high temperature, the concrete, itself, would dissolve in a burning torrent.
