Why doesn't the US attack and free the people in Cuba from their oppressive Cuban dictatorship? They are a small nation right next door. It would be an easy task. then all those boat loads of unhappy Cubans would become happy Cubans and freely want to stay home.

Instead we go and attack Iraq for nothing.
