Throughout the post-WW II period, hegemon USA poured countless trillions of dollars down a black hole of waste, fraud and abuse to enrich weapons makers, Pharma, and other corporate profiteers at the expense of vital homeland needs gone begging.

Since the Obama/Biden regime's 2014 Maidan coup in Kiev, its ruling Nazi-infested regimes were handed billions of dollars worth of weapons and other handouts.

On Friday, the Biden regime asked Congress to approve $6.4 billion more for Ukraine's puppet regime — mostly for more weapons and munitions for Russia to smash or seize, the rest to enforce fascist rule.

Undemocratic Dem Senator Chris Coons called for $10 billion.

GOP Minority Senate leader McConnell called for "redoubl(ing)" support for the coup d'etat regime in Kiev.

Billions more dollars are certain to be wasted in backing tyrannical rule  in the country, including for aggression on Donbass until Russia halts it by smashing Kiev's war machine.

On Friday, Russia's Defense Ministry reported the following:

Weapons seized in Ukraine and occupied Donbass territory "include American-made FGM-148 Javelin and British-made MBT NLAW anti-tank missiles." 

"NATO said on Friday it would continue to provide 'practical assistance' to Ukraine" in the form of more weapons and munitions for war-making.

Through Friday, Russian forces "destroyed 211 military infrastructure facilities in Ukraine." 

"The cities of Konotop and Sumy, in northeastern Ukraine, had also been blockaded by the Russian Army." 

"Other cities near the border have also been blockaded and circumvented by Russian forces, including historic Chernigov."

On Saturday, deputy chairman of Russia's Security Council Dmitry Medvedev ripped hegemon USA, saying:

Illegally imposed US-led Western "sanctions on Russia could be an excellent reason for the final review of relations with those states that have introduced them — including interruption of dialogue on strategic stability," adding:

Given that Russia's relations with hegemon USA-dominated NATO and EU regimes were virtually ruptured, maybe now is the time "to renounce everything" with regimes whose pledges virtually always proved hollow.

"Yes, and diplomatic relations, in principle, are not particularly needed."

"It's time to close the embassies with barn locks." 

"And to continue contacts by examining each other only through binoculars and weapons' optical systems."

There's good reason "to slam the door and forget about these meaningless almshouses forever." 

It's more important to "restore a number of important institutions for prevention of especially serious crimes in the country" to make it safer and more secure for its people. 

Medvedev called for reciprocal toughness against Western regimes that imposed sanctions on Russia — to include possibly nationalizing property if any is held in Russia.

In response to illegal US/EU sanctions on Vladimir Putin and Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the following:

They do not have accounts or assets in the US, Britain or elsewhere abroad.

"Maybe (Western regimes) got something frozen off rather than it froze something?"

Separately in response to Russia's unacceptable suspension from the Council of Europe, Zakharova added:

"We will soon determine our future steps." 

"Those who initiated and supported this faulty decision will bear full responsibility for the collapse of the common legal and humanitarian space on the continent and the disastrous consequences that the Council of Europe will inevitably face." 

"Without Russia, the Council of Europe will lose its pan-Europe identity and eventually its reason for existence."

"The clearly politicized decision by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe is another proof that the Council of Europe has lost its independence, turning into an obedient tool for the Western bloc and its satellites, caught in double standards."

"It failed to summon courage to condemn criminal policies of the nationalist regime in Kiev, which has been committing genocide for eight years since a deadly coup in Ukraine." 

"It preferred to turn a blind eye to the atrocities carried out by Ukrainian killing squads who took the lives of thousands of civilians." 

When Moscow moved "to put an end to their atrocities" in the defense of Russian citizens in Donbass, Council member states ignored the rule of law by supporting aggression.

On Saturday,  head of Russia's space agency, Dmitry Rogozin, said Roscosmos will cease joint space operations with the US and EU states, stressing:

"Under conditions of sanctions, US(EU) participation in the project is impossible."

Russia instead will seek cooperative space activities with China.

At this time, Roscosmos is  "recalling its technical staff, including the launch team."

Ties with NASA are suspended — effectively terminated as long as sanctions remain enforced.

Overall relations with hegemon USA are ruptured as long as illegal sanctions are in place.

A state of full-scale US-dominated NATO war on Russia by other means ways exceeds the worst of what existed since WW II ended.

Along with other high crimes against peace and the rule of law by their ruling regimes — before and after WW II ended — the US-dominated West's ugly face is revealed for everyone paying attention to see.
