Undemocratic Dem Diane Feinstein Wants the Constitutional Right of Free Movement Abolished

Gangster state USA — a nation run by its criminal class — describes the increasingly despotic state of a nation at war on its people and humanity overall.

On Wednesday, neo-Nazi Feinstein introduced a draconian US Air Travel Public Safety Act that has nothing to do with passenger safety — everything to do with irreversibly harming their health.

Her crucial to defeat measure requires domestic airline passengers either to be jabbed with health-destroying toxins, have recently tested negative proving nothing, or having contracted and proving they're fully recovered from seasonal flu renamed covid.

The bill requires the HHS secretary — in cahoots with the FAA — "to develop national (toxic flu/covid jabbing) standards and procedures (for) domestic air travel" that will surely increase future outbreaks instead of preventing them.

That's her aim. The same goes for practically all other undemocratic Dems and GOP turncoats.

Instead of supporting known safe and effective health-protecting protocols, virtually everything Dems and many Republicans proposed is all about transforming public health into a wasteland at home and abroad.

The same goes for Feinstein's draconian domestic air travel measure.

If enacted into law, it'll be another anti-public health shoe to drop — suggesting more greatly draconian ones to follow.

Feinstein, Pelosi, Gov. Newsom and co-conspirators transformed the no-longer golden state into unfit and unsafe to live in badlands.

They're heading toward making California an open-air prison for residents unwilling to sacrifice their health as a condition for access to employment, education, and other public places.

Jabbed and unjabbed state residents face a new abnormal only despots could love. 

In cahoots with the CDC, Feinstein's draconian measure also urges toxic mass-jabbing "in health care settings and among health care personnel in other settings."

She turned truth on its head, falsely claiming that 2020 holiday season travel "contributed to last winter's" flu/covid outbreaks.

What she falsely called a "devastating surge" occurs annually like clockwork every flu (now called covid) season that lasts from around October to May.

Truth-telling medical and scientific experts debunked bald-faced Big Lies by her and other members of the US criminal class, including MSM co-conspirators.

Claiming her measure aims to protect "air travelers (and) destination communities" is polar opposite her diabolical objective that's all about spreading disease, not preventing it.

It's about mass-extermination on an unparalleled scale and abolition of remaining freedoms.

It's about making full-blown tyranny the law of the land.

Why California voters haven't chosen federal and state officials with their interests and welfare in mind is for them to explain.

As for Feinstein et al, abolition of the Constitution's Privileges and Immunities Clause is one of their diabolical aims, stating:

"The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States" — including free movement as a constitutional right.

In Crandall v. Nevada (1867), the Supreme Court upheld the right of free movement —ruling that a state cannot impede the right of its residents to leave the state by taxing them.

In Paul v. Virginia (1869), the Supremes affirmed free movement as unobstructed "ingress into other States, and egress from them."

According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

"Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state."

"Everyone has the right to leave any country, including (their) own, and to return to (their) country."

Under international law, everything health related requires voluntary consent. 

Nothing — repeat nothing — can be legally mandated without our consent.

No authority may legally act against our sovereignty over our bodies.

Feinstein and other card-carrying members of the US criminal class want freedoms mandated under international and constitutional law abolished.

They want full-blown tyranny replacing them — wrapped in the American flag as part of long ago planned mass deception to get Americans to go along with what no one should tolerate.

A Final Comment

California Governor Newsom intends mass-extermination of public and private state schoolchildren from kindergarten through high school.

As soon as toxic jabs are approved by the Pharma-controlled FDA for kids under age-12, he'll mandate mass-jabbing children of school age with intent to irreversibly harm their health on the phony pretext of protecting them.

State residents with school-aged children should leave the state while time remains to keep them safe from Sacramento-imposed harm.
