Israel Terror-Bombs Gaza After Declaring Ceasefire

Police state America and apartheid Israel can never, never be trusted at any time, for any reasons, with no exceptions ever.

Negotiating with them on any issues is an act of futility and self-betrayal.

They operate by their own rules exclusively — extrajudicially, not lawfully, doing whatever they please, blaming victims for high crimes committed against them.

Last weekend, unprovoked Israeli terror-bombing killed and wounded Palestinians in Gaza, others in Damascus.

Terror-bombing Gaza continued for a second day. After both sides agreed to a ceasefire, Israel preemptively resumed terror-bombing.

At least 34 Palestinians were killed, largely civilians, including women and children, over 100 others injured — the latest example of Israeli Nuremberg-level high crimes, unpunished each time committed.

Rockets fired from Gaza at Israel virtually always are in response to Israeli aggression — self-defense when attacked, permitted under international law.

UN Charter Article 51 affirms it, stating:

"Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security."

Israel is an aggressor state, Palestinians their main victims throughout Jewish state history, accountability never forthcoming.

UN General Assembly Res. 3314 defined aggression. Calling it  "most serious and dangerous form of the illegal use of force," it's defined  as "the (unjustifiable) use of armed force by a State against the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of another State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations." 

The Nuremberg Tribunal called aggression the supreme international, far more serious than any others.

Throughout the post-9/11 era alone, the US, NATO, and Israel have been responsible for millions of casualties, mass destruction, and appalling human misery in numerous countries — what the scourge of imperialism and Ziofascism are all about.

After Egypt brokered an Israeli/Palestinian Islamic Jihad ceasefire on Thursday, IDF terror-bombing resumed.

Israeli foreign minister Israel Katz said targeted killings of Palestinians "will not cease." Live fire on nonviolent Gazan protesters will continue, he added.

On Thursday, Israeli terror-bombing murdered eight members of one family at home threatening no one, including five children and two women, another 13 wounded, including 11 children — in Dier al-Balah.

The incident occurred before the no-ceasefire/ceasefire was declared. The Gaza-based Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) described what happened as follows:

Israeli warplanes "launched 4 missiles at 2 tin-plate houses belonging to Rasmi Salem 'Ouda al-Sawarkah (45) and his brother Mohammed (40) in al-Berkah area in Deir al-Balah," adding:

"(B)oth houses were destroyed while both families were inside. Rasmi, his wife and 3 of their children were killed; Mohammed was critically wounded but his wife and 2 of his children were killed." 

"Moreover, 13 others were injured, including 11 children. Ten minutes later, an ambulance arrived at the area while the neighborhood residents gathered and started searching for the residents under the rubble." 

"Six dead bodies and 13 wounded were recovered. The wounded were transferred to al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah. At approximately 07:00, the area residents recovered the dead bodies of 2 children from under the rubble. 

The above described atrocity is one of countless examples of how apartheid Israel operates with impunity — the world community never holding its war criminals accountable so they repeat time and again, the rule of law ignored.

Fourth Geneva Article 146 states:

"The High Contracting Parties undertake to enact any legislation necessary to provide effective penal sanctions for persons committing, or ordering to be committed, any of the grave breaches of the present Convention."

Article 147 defines them as follows:

"Grave breaches to which the preceding Article relates shall be those involving any of the following acts, if committed against persons or property protected by the present Convention: wilful killing, torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments, wilfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health, unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement of a protected person, compelling a protected person to serve in the forces of a hostile Power, or willfully depriving a protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial prescribed in the present Convention, taking of hostages and extensive destruction and appropriation of property…carried out unlawfully and wantonly."

The US, NATO and Israel are repeatedly guilty of the above high crimes. Yet their criminal class goes unpunished.

This week, eight Palestinian human rights groups prepared a comprehensive report on Israeli persecution of Palestinians.

They included indisputable evidence that the Jewish state enforces apartheid viciousness against them, what's gone on without letup throughout its history.

Delivered to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) ahead of the Jewish state's December review, the world body and world community of nations consistently do nothing to enforce accountability for Israeli high crimes too egregious to ignore.

The organizations stressed that "only by examining Israeli policy toward the Palestinian people as a whole can we begin to undo the political, legal, and geographic fragmentation imposed on the Palestinian people that underpins Israel's apartheid regime."
