Jan Brewer Signs Immigration Bill 1070 signed into law

Written by Andrew Strmic Subject: Immigration

According to azleg.gov SB1070 fact sheet summery Mandates that E-Varify which is in fact a de-facto National ID Card Verification system which “in 2007, Arizona enacted in the Legal Arizona Workers Act (LAWA) allows the Federal Gov’t to control who business employers are able to hire.  Though written to target “illegal immagrants” wink, wink; the police can now target American Citizens and detain/ or arrest them in the citzen can’t or won’t show his papers! “PLEASE”?

So written into this draconian Bill SB1070 is a lot of  B.S. about how the State of Arizona is now Harmonizing (In my opinion) with Federal Immigration Laws with which I’m sure the ever concerned EX-Governor turned Homeland Security Janet “Hermann Göring” Napolitano will use in conjunction with her ever growing terrorism watch list.  E-Verify  Directs employers to keep verification records of their employees’ work eligibility through E-Verify.  If you fail to comply:Establishes a class 3 felony for failing to:

a)      verify employment eligibility through E-Verify or

b)      keep records of verifications.”

It also allows law enforcement to use “entrapment” to make arrest.

Now that we know this law is to regulate all Arizona “Slaves” I mean Citizens living and working on this great Plantation we call Arizona Let’s look at what else they did…

If a Citizen transports someone that is illegal/ can’t prove they are a citizen, say good by to your impounded car at least until you friend remembers where he put his Birth Certificate.  I’m might be going out o a limb but I  don’t think the State will pay your impound fees and all other cost associated with your predicament.  Plus, If your passenger is found to be illegal: “classifies these offenses as class 1 misdemeanors and subjects offenders to fines of at least $1,000, except that a violation that involves 10 or more illegal aliens is a class 6 felony with a fine of at least $1,000 for each alien who is involved.

“Allows a law enforcement officer, without a warrant, to arrest a person if the officer has probable cause to believe that the person has committed any public offense that makes the person removable from the U.S.

Prohibits officials or agencies of the state and political subdivisions from being prevented or restricted from sending, receiving or maintaining an individual’s immigration status information or exchanging that information with any other governmental entity for the following official purposes:

a)      determining eligibility for any public benefit, service or license provided by any federal, state, local or other political subdivision of this state;

b)      verifying any claim of residence or domicile if that verification is required under state law or a judicial order issued pursuant to a civil or criminal proceeding in the state;

c)      confirming a detainee’s identity; and

d)     if the person is an alien, determining whether the person is in compliance with federal alien registration laws.

The reason for this Bill is not to enforce tougher immigration enforcement which is it’s self just the “Means to the Ends” that the Police State is being advanced… so that the NWO can track, trace and control all that live under it’s domain.

If you are a legal US citizen you have nothing to worry about, if you are an illegal you will be arrested and deported. Its about time someone took a stand. These laws are already on the books the feds have never enforced them. The greedy business ownwers dont want them enforced, they want the cheap slave labor of the illegals. Wake up people they are destroying our country with the cost of education and hospital costs.

The original bill Pearce suggested was soooo much better.  The lawsuits for non-enforcement were able to be filed in small claims and the penalty went to the filer.

I was going to retire on police agencies refusing to check Pearce and Harper's immigration status.
