Thank you for your prompt response.

However, I did not ask about "contrails." I asked that an investigation be conducted on the aerosol spaying of chemicals over the Phoenix-Metropolitan population. Not only on the morning of May 31, 2007, but consistently – today, in fact, there is a white haze with remnants of lines in the sky.

Frankly, I’m a little disappointed that your response was aimed at ignoring what is happening to our population and our environment. Because I do not know what information you are privy to in your position as "Assistant to Directors," I must only assume that you either: (1) know exactly what I’m talking about with respect to chemtrails and are just doing your job by telling me not to worry my empty little head, or (2) have been brainwashed into thinking that these are harmless "condensation trails" even though there is a distinct difference between contrails and chemtrails.

Your explanation of the lines in the sky as being mere contrails defies logic. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

The lines in the sky that I reported to ADEQ - that start and stop, puff up and turn into a cloudy haze, and are visible for the entire day, were not contrails but the blatant aerosol spraying of chemicals. These chemicals are not safe for us to breathe and not safe for the environment. Despite the fact that your job is to disseminate false information to the public, you do realize that you and your family have to breathe these chemicals, too, don’t you?

In areas where this spraying occurs, the Centers for Disease Control ("CDC") has reported an increase in an "influenza-like illness" and can only determine these symptoms are due to some "unknown pathogen." The most prevalent symptoms reported of this flu-like illness in the wake of these chemtrails were: persistent hacking coughs, upper respiratory and intestinal distress, pneumonia, extreme fatigue, lethargy, dizziness, disorientation, splitting headaches, aching joints and muscles, nosebleeds, diarrhea, bloody stools, depression, anxiety, loss of bladder control and nervous tics. There are several people that I know who have persistent sinus and respiratory infections who do not seem to be relieved of their symptoms with antibiotics.

May I also point out that the knowledge and admission of chemtrails by our own government can be noted in H.R. 2977 - a bill introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich in the 107th congress in 2001. In the bill, chemtrails are listed as an "exotic weapons system."

There is also a United States Code that has given the Secretary of Defense permission to experiment on the civilian population. United States Code 50 § 1520, was repealed in the 1990s and replaced with §1520(a) which states:

(a) Prohibited activities

The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract) -

• (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or

• (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(b) Exceptions

Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

• (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.

• (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.

• (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

Therefore, I reiterate my inquiry and reinstate my demand for an investigation as to who is spraying us, what chemicals they spraying us with, and why.

Your inquiry regarding aircraft spraying unknown substances over the Phoenix area was directed to me for response. I hope I can be of help.

Contrails are line-shaped clouds or "condensation trails," composed of ice particles that are visible behind jet aircraft engines, typically at cruise altitudes in the upper atmosphere. Aircraft engines emit water vapor, carbon dioxide, small amounts of nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, sulfur gases, and soot and traces of metal particles formed by the high-temperature combustion of jet fuel during flight. Of these emissions , only water vapor is necessary for contrail formation.

If the humidity is high (greater than that needed for ice condensation to occur), the contrail will be persistent. Newly formed ice particles will continue to grow in size by taking water from the surrounding atmosphere. The resulting line-shaped contrail extends for large

distances behind an aircraft. Persistent contrails can last for hours

while growing to several kilometers in width and 200 to 400 meters in height. Contrails spread because of air turbulence created by the passage of aircraft, differences in wind speed along the flight track and possibly through effects of solar heating.

Persistent contrails pose no direct threat to public health. All contrails are line-shaped clouds composed of ice particles. These ice particles evaporate when local atmospheric conditions become dry enough in the layer of the atmosphere where the contrails have formed. The ice particles in contrails do not reach the Earth's surface because they fall slowly and conditions in the lower atmosphere cause ice particles to evaporate.
