And apparently not just detaining and eavesdropping on Americans, but targeting them for murder is acceptable to the Democratic party now that there is a Democrat in the White House.
It seems there is little "the People" can do, with all three branches of government ganging up against them. Tom Woods, though, argues that there is something that can be done, and that something is nullification.
She thought she was still well within her First Amendment rights to display an upside-down pentagram, a 5-pointed symbol. The judge was not amused, nor was he interested in debating the limits of her free speech and religious freedom rights.
Kagan’s standpoint on free speech, that it is subject to regulation and definition by the government, has no place in America, completely violates the fundamental premise of the First Amendment, that even unpopular speech should be protected...
