If the kid had grabbed him, or sprayed him, he would be sitting in jail and the "good ol' boy" from NC would be spinning a story about how heroically he had thwarted an assault. The system is so totally Fu***ed up that the servant can physically attack the citizen and keep his job. I don't know of another time in history when tar and feathers could be more justified.
