Footage shows Robinson being handcuffed and placed into a squad car for an "outstanding immigration warrant."

Robinson filmed while inside the police car and learned his arrest warrant was signed by the head of the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), the equivalent to America's Department of Homeland Security.

As he talked with the police officers, Tommy went on an epic rant about how "mad" Canadian politicians have become that they let millions of people into their country from all over the world but pick on him for giving a speech at a seminar.

"How many people do you get coming through your border every day that don't even have a passport? They haven't even got passports, they just turn up and then you give them a house. I'm not here asking for a house," he told the officers.
