As the world seeks to understand the depths of the sex trafficking network connected to Jeffrey Epstein, recent arrests by the US Department of Justice MAY indicate the presence of a new foreign intelligence blackmail operation.

In November 2023, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) announced the arrest of three individuals accused of operating sophisticated high-end brothels in the Boston area and eastern Virginia. The DOJ reported that the customers allegedly included "elected officials, high tech and pharmaceutical executives, doctors, military officers, government contractors that possess security clearances, professors, attorneys, scientists and accountants, among others."

As of January 2024, no names of alleged clients of the brothels have been released as part of the investigation.
