Viral footage circulating on social media this week features a young girl in Michigan not only speaking up at her local school board, but trolling its sensitive members by handing out "hurt feelings" reports to fill out the next time they're offended by a speaker.

Prior to the girl's speech, board president Kenneth Pearl tried to preempt her humiliating stunt by ordering her not to pass out the forms as she handed one to each individual member.
