THE NEXT ICE AGE (2 Minute Video Clip): In 1978, I watched in horror as my hero, Leonard Nimoy, Spock, the science officer of the Star Trek Enterprise, tells a little 9 year old, me, that: "Climate experts believe the next ice age is on its way…within a lifetime… "

That night I remember going to bed with nightmares, over 45 years ago believing I was going to freeze to death in my lifetime and the world was going to end.

I had believed in the High Priests of Science because I had been indoctrinated at an early age into the Modern Cult of Scientism. These High Priests of Science I believed 100% in that I a Canadian living in the Great White North was going to freeze to death by my 50th birthday.

I believed in the all seeing and knowing Priests of Science. That these men and women of science were never wrong and would never have a reason to lie to us.

Well, I am past 50, and that story narrative didn't work out so well. So the High Priests of Science again created another story to scare today's children. How is that working out?

Wasn't it Al Gore who termed the phrase "an inconvenient truth," and has become a billionaire since?
