An informative new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin factually assessing during his milestone Valdai speech: "No once can sit out the coming storm", says during his observation that the world stands at the precipice of a tumultuous decade that will bring the most danger and unpredictability in several generations as Western hegemony inevitably draws to a close, he also warned: "We are standing on a historic frontier...Ahead is probably the most dangerous, unpredictable and, at the same time, important decade since the end of World War II"—a warning followed by moderator Fyodor Lukyanov inquiring of President Putin: "We grew a bit worried remembering your comments made here four years ago when you said that we would all go to heaven in the event of a nuclear apocalypse…We're not in a hurry to get there, are we?"—President Putin stayed silent for a couple of seconds, as some audience members laughed, then the moderator broke the silence by stating: "Now that you are lost in thought it's getting alarming"---in reply President Putin laughed and said: "I intentionally got lost in thought to alarm you...The effect has been achieved".
