Despite being called the "Inflation Reduction Act," far more Americans think it'll wind up being the inflation exacerbation act than believe it'll actually reduce inflation. When asked about this by CNN's Brianna Keilar, Jean-Pierre didn't offer any explanation of how exactly spending a ton of money reduces inflation, instead telling her that we'd just see for ourselves once the bill is passed. "Let's get this bill passed and then we'll see how the mechanics and all of that's gonna work"

The House is set to vote on the final passage of the spending bill today. Zero Republicans are expected to vote for the bill, and Democrats (with 220 seats to the GOP's 210) need near unity to pass the bill. When Fox News reached out to the five most vulnerable House Democrats for their stance on the bill, none responded to their inquiry.
