The World Economic Forum posted a video on its Twitter account Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021, with five proposals to implement in the future, one of which is a tracking system using a person's unique "heartbeat."

The video says that facial tracking is being affected by facemasks and that the heartbeat is unique, as is our face.

The clip says that NASA developed a system that, using a laser, can identify a person by their heartbeat.
