Glamour Salon in Salem, Oregon is open for business. And similar to Shelley Luther's Dallas salon debacle, owner Lindsay Graham continues to draw scrutiny and support in a divisive battle to reopen. Graham continues to defy Oregon governor Kate Brown's draconian shutdown orders. And she's collecting substantial fines the whole way. Fines are accumulating to the tune of $14,000 from OSHA.

The OSHA fines, however, appear to be a scam given that Graham's salon, like many other salons, uses independent contractors. Not employees. But OSHA likely understands this and is merely leveraging a scare tactic. But Graham isn't having it, a message she made clear in a press conference outside of Glamour Salon's doors.
