The problems for most attorneys are that they know only the legal slice of the law. If attorneys knew law, they would require the judge to show the reasons for making the decision, and proof that the decision was backed by something factual. If the judge couldn't show this, or wouldn't, sue the judge. BUT, if an attorney sues a judge, there is a good chance the attorney will lose his.her license. So something like this will almost never happen. Forget the attorney, and do it yourself in common law court, human to human.
