First of all we will start with the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson' latest announcement, which laid out the new lockdown rules for the UK.

As from Monday evening, the British people would only be allowed to leave home for the following "very limited purposes":

Shopping for basic necessities, as infrequently as possible and a maximum of once per day.

One form of exercise a day – for example a run, walk, or cycle – alone or with members of your household

Any medical need, to provide care or to help a vulnerable person

Travelling to and from work, but only where this is absolutely necessary and cannot be done from home.

All shops selling non-essential goods will be closed as well as playgrounds, libraries and places of worship.

Police will have the right to enforce these rules wherever they deem necessary. The initial period for this lockdown has been set at three weeks, however, expect period to be extended far beyond this initial stated period.
