A TERROR suspect who tried to ram Parliament in a Ford Fiesta has been identified as a "Sudanese immigrant" who allegedly drove around London looking for targets.

The lone attacker has been named by locals as British national Salih Khater, 29, who reportedly lives in a rundown flat above an internet cafe in Sparkhill, Birmingham.
