As with any geoengineered superstorm, the NWO ruling cabal always has several goals that they hope to accomplish. The following "Agenda 21" narrative is only one reason for fabricating frankenstorm Jose.  Sowing seeds of fear and anxiety throughout the Northeast in the wake of HARVEY and IRMA is another.  Creating chaos and confusion on the ground should JOSE impact the coastline is yet another.

Of course, if the geoengineers steer JOSE as Superstorm Sandy was in 2012, then the New England states could be further turned into a regional disaster area much like IRMA did to Florida and Harvey did to Texas.  Transforming the Northeast into a massive FEMA operation also achieves multiple objectives that are well beyond the scope of this exposé.

Then there is the continuing "shock & awe" effect which the mainstream media has been using to incite the Al Gore Global Warming camp against the "CO2-driven" climate deniers.  The cabal has been using these manufactured hurricanes to shame Trump into not withdrawing from the totally fraudulent Paris Climate Accord.
