Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz is no friend to conservatives. Dershowitz is an outspoken liberal that is friends with the Clinton family and former President Barack Obama.

But even he is sick of CNN's unfair bias. Wednesday he exploded at host Anderson Cooper over the attack on President Donald Trump, and outlined why the president is totally right.

Citing the Thursday testimony of former FBI Director James Comey, Dershowitz began to yell — seemingly about how Trump was being unfairly attacked over the so-called Russian connection.

In fact, the famed legal mind said Trump could have legally gone forward and directly pardoned anyone he wanted to halt an investigation.

"That's what President [George H.W.] Bush did!" Dershowitz said, referring to the case of Caspar Weinberger.

"You cannot have obstruction of justice when the president exercises his constitutional authority to pardon, his constitutional authority to fire the director of the FBI, or his constitutional authority to tell the director of the FBI who to prosecute and who not to prosecute!"
