Signs from Mainstream Media that Clinton's Campaign Might be Over

Trump's 'Crooked Hillary' label may stick … Donald Trump dispatched his Republican rivals by branding each one with an insulting but memorable nickname … As the general election campaign nears, Trump has settled on a label for the likely Democratic nominee: "Crooked Hillary."  "It works," he boasted to the New York Times. "It flows."  -Los Angeles Times

When we start to see admissions in the mainstream media that Hillary's public persona is perceived as  "crooked," we have to wonder if she is going to end up as the Democratic nominee.

We've written about this in the past (see below) but as the trend continues, it heightens our suspicions.

After all … this is how the mainstream media can guide us, because the mainstream media ultimately reflects specific elite biases.

One or two articles don't mean much, but the "Hillary is crooked" theme is being offered on a more regular basis now.

It is a form of what we call "directed history."

One can see this at work in the sudden change regarding how to treat drugs and drug offenders.

Nothing much has changed in terms of drugs and drug treatments. But suddenly there is a public health consensus that drug addiction ought be treated rather than criminalized.

Academic write-ups gradually yield to political activism and media profiles.

Now we are traveling toward a point where various legislatures take action to treat drugs from a health standpoint.

The idea is always to find international problems that demand globalist solutions.

Hillary has been subject to the same sort of treatment.

She has proven to be a dependable ally of globalist ambitions. Thus, her corruption problems have been ignored by the mainstream media.

Of course, it seems fairly obvious that she sold favors for hundreds of millions of dollars as Secretary of State. The money was laundered through the Clinton Foundation.

But there has been very little mainstream coverage. Most of the attention has been focused on her email manipulations.

But even this less lurid subject may prove to be too much for those charged with moving the globalist agenda forward.

Reuters, for instance, just reported that "Trump draws even with Clinton in national White House poll."

Republican Donald Trump pulled even with Democratic rival Hillary Clinton in a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Wednesday, in a dramatic early sign that the Nov. 8 presidential election might be more hotly contested than first thought.

While much can change in the six months until the election,  the results of the online survey are a red flag for the Clinton campaign that the billionaire's unorthodox bid for the White House cannot be brushed aside.

… Republican strategist Dave Carney said the Reuters/Ipsos poll showed the vulnerability of Clinton, who is still battling U.S. Senator from Vermont Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nomination.

And here's more from the LA Times:

All campaign long, pollsters have found that many voters — including some Democrats — don't think she's principled … Fairly or not, Clinton can't shed her history.
