Court Rules That Illegal Aliens Have Second Amendment Rights

• http://www.prisonplanet.com, Joshua Krause

By the time he was an adult, he managed to get in trouble with the police after getting into a bar fight two years ago. When the police arrested him, they discovered a .22 caliber pistol in his pocket. Even though illegal aliens can't own firearms under federal law, Meza-Rodriguez argued in court that charging him for possessing the pistol would violate his Second Amendment rights. The court disagreed. He was convicted and deported.

However, the 7th Circuit Court has recently ruled in Mario's favor, while also upholding his conviction. They believe that the words "the people" in the Second Amendment, apply to everyone in the US, including illegal aliens. At the same time though, they believe that his conviction is still valid since the US government can restrict gun ownership for known law breakers. Mario's lawyer is challenging their decision on the grounds that it contradicts itself.

Dang tootin! Rights are god given or natural. Any person in the world has the right to possess all the weapons they wish and any kind they desire. The Bill of Rights merely acknowledged it.

One interesting thing about this is that, if "the people" includes "aliens," then can it include 14th Amendment citizens?

The whole idea of a 14th Amendment citizen is that it was put in place so that the freed slaves from back in the mid 1800s would have a place in America. It was really put in place so that the Government could take over the slaves as their own rather than leave them with the plantation owners who originally owned them.

Since Civil War times, most of the people in America have become 14th Amendment citizens, at least part-time. The laws that government makes affect 14th Amendment citizens. After all, there is nowhere in the founding documents - Preamble, Constitution, Bill of rights - that says that the people give up any of their rights to government. In fact, the 9th Amendment says it straight out, that the people retain all the rights that they have despite the fact that the Constitution and laws might seem to give them other rights.

The people, according to this new ruling, essentially are not under government. The laws made by Government don't affect the people if the people don't want them to.

So, how do Government and Government agents (police) get away with oppressing the people at times? The Government considers everyone to be 14th Amendment citizens all the time. Yet, if you become a citizen, say, for a particular purpose like a drivers license, where in the agreement does it say that you are a citizen for anything else? It doesn't. It's an assumption or presumption on the part of Government.

If you want to get out from all the Government laws, no matter what they are, let the Government know that you are a man/woman regarding whatever government comes after you for. Do it peacefully, in court, by filing your own claim against the man/woman (Government agent) that harms you or steals/damages your property. Do it under common law, in a court of record.

Three guys who can teach you about all this are Karl Lentz, Bill Thornton, and Richard Cornforth. Of the 3, Karl is far and away the strongest for getting the job done, but he is often the least easily understood. Bill has the best "theory" for how it all works, packed into clear, video and audio understandings of the whole thing, made for the layman. While Richard is out to make money, he covers some practical sides that the other two don't emphasize enough.

Find out about these guys and their info. Then get out there and show government that it doesn't have any authority over the people - YOU.
