Importation of AK47s and other Russian designs from countries other than Russia are still allowed, so affordable AKs from places like Romania will still be available. But if you are a purist and want your civilian semi-auto AK47 or AK74 to say "Made in Russia" on it,...prepare to pay a lot of money now. (Not that they were exactly cheap before.) This pretty much leaves only ARSENAL of Las Vegas (importer of Bulgarian rifles) as the only "high end" line of "just like they make them in Russia" AK rifles now.
