Adam Kokesh march: American right to bear arms v UK Terrorist Act

• Washington Times
The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution gives citizens the right to bear arms.

Adam Kokesh, recently released from custody for demonstrating to legalize marijuana, has organized an “Open Carry March on Washington” for July 4th in Washington, DC. Kokesh wants to use the march to demonstrate public support for the Second Amendment and the right for citizens to own weapons.

In the United Kingdom, there is no right for citizens to bear arms. What difference does it make?

Michael Adabolajo, a 28 year-old Britain of Nigerian decent, allegedly brutally beheaded a British soldier in the name of Islam in London last week.

Recent reporting suggests Adabolajo may be a follower of the Somali terrorist group al Shabaab. British media report that when Adabolajo was a teenager, he converted from Christianity to Islam.  He called himself Mujahid and joined the Islamist group Al Muhajiroun, banned in the UK under the Terrorism Act.

Witnesses at the scene of the attack on the soldier said the men shouted “Allahu Akhbar”, meaning “God is great” in Arabic, while filming the beheading.

Someone might ask, "With all the murders going on in other ways than with guns, what is the big deal about guns?" Here it is, the big deal about AMERICAN guns and the Second Amendment.

If the American people see freedom lost in what they consider a close ally, like Britain, they will be inclined to keep their guns rather than let some "U.S. law" take them away. What I mean is, until the world's dictator-like controlled, behind-the-scenes governments can get the American people to freely lay down their guns, they can't use a show of force to replace the other world governments with dictatorships. If they do - because the people of these other countries don't have guns to protect themselves - Americans would see it, and NEVER lay down their guns. And the would-be dictators would never get complete control.

What this whole thing amounts to is, the Americans owning guns, and having the right to freely carry them in public, is keeping the whole world free. It is keeping the world free by example. It is keeping the world free by holding the ould-be world dictators at bay. America is keeping the whole world free.

Arizona, by having free right to open carry, and concealed carry without permit, is keeping all of America free. So, Arizona is keeping the world free.
