A little late for the current Cyprus problem. But for the Cyprus future, great.
As for Bitcoin itself, do you have a garden? Do you grow crops? Want to sell to folks anonymously so that Gov has a hard time figuring out that you have a store? Get a Tor website, and sell your produce mail-order using bitcoin. Not perfect. But a start.
Sweeeeet! No wonder they want to regulate you.
