GSL-1100X is a CE certified small quartz tube furnace (1~2" diameter) and is designed for firing small sample up to 1100oC. Stainless steel vacuum flange with valves and vacuum gauge and quartz tube are included for immediate use. Built in precision temperature controller can program heating rate, dwell time and cooling rate up to 30 segments. The furnace can be set up in both vertical and horizontal position to meet various applications such as firing sample, VSL or CVD and quenching test.

(Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating) Quartz block (Optional) is ideal for more cleaness and higher vacuum.

Fitting Ports	In order to increase the throughput and achieve high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter, please click underline to order. For supplying high pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the VCR Face Seal Fitting, please click underline to order.
