Ademo found guilty 3 counts felony wiretapping public oafs; sentenced
• Photography Is Not a CrimeIt didn't take long for a New Hampshire jury to find Adam "Ademo Freeman" Mueller guilty on three counts of felony wiretapping today, meaning he will spend three months in jail.
Mueller is already serving a 60-day sentence for an unrelated incident, so this sentence will likely be tacked on.

Essentially he was given a 5 year jail term. Is there anyone here who does not believe he won't violate the terms of his parole withing 5 days of serving his 90 days in jail?
Normally he would be the poster child for appealing the conviction---recording public officials performing their public duty answering citizen-journalist questions about their actions in a phone conversation with him. But since he conducted his own defense any reversal will not have any benefit beyond him.

The power of the judge or prosecutor over the jury is in direct proportion to the jury’s ignorance.
