Florida Rep. Works with Socialist to Nullify Rights

• Tom Rhodes
Democrat Rep. Ted Deutch [D-FL19] with Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who caucuses with the Democrats, has cosponsored an amendment that would be a drastic and fundamental change to the US Constitution. Last week in Washinton, several congressmen and senators held a forum to draw attention to their attempt to nullify constitutional right of entrepreneurs and corporations. The Sanders-Deutch Amendment says the government can ignore constitutional rights.

#1 I am not a democrat/republican/statist: There is a distinction between a living soul trading as a matter of natural, fundamental, or common right, and a state created fictitious entity engaging in for profit activities with limited liability. The former is capitalism, the latter is fascism. For those of you who don't grasp this- Who charters a corporation? The government. Corporations are the government... get it? It's not hard. Who charters a sole proprietorship? The proprietor. NOT THE STATE. The former has natural rights the latter only has those rights which are given to it in a republic by the people. Read Hale v Henkal and learn about the distinction between a living soul and "a creature of the state". It's a significant legal distinction.
