Fmr Obama staffer accused of stealing ID of Iowa secretary of state
• Yahoo! News blogA former staffer for Barack Obama’s presidential campaign has been charged with attempting to steal the identity of Iowa Secretary of State Matt Schultz in a scheme to frame the official in some sort of illegal activity.
The Iowa Department of Public Safety wrote in a release that Zachary Edwards, 29, of Des Moines was arrested on Friday for identity theft. Edwards worked as Obama’s Iowa new media director in 2008, according to news reports.

A leader in any organization will set the standards for the people below him to follow. If he holds himself to unusually high moral standards, he will expect his people to do the same. More people under Obama than I can count on my hands and feet have fallen afoul of the law in one way or another. Obama has demonstrated in word and deed that he believes the ends justify the means. His staffers are just following his lead.
